How much Superclear epoxy do I need?

Calculate the cavity volume from length, width and pour depth, then add the waste allowance you want for mixing and practical losses. The calculator above shows the planned quantity in Metric or Imperial units and then checks the project against the verified product data.

2–4 inch pours depend on project conditions

Liquid Glass Deep Pour is published for 2 to 4 inch single-pass pours, but the upper limit is conditional. Total resin mass, temperature and heat dissipation affect the exotherm, so large or heavy projects should stay toward the conservative end of the range.

Superclear Liquid Glass mix ratio

The verified ratio is 2:1 resin to hardener by volume. For an exact batch split, use the resin and hardener ratio calculator and keep the ratio basis set to volume.

Kit planning

EpoxyCalc stores the currently verified 48 oz, 0.75 gallon, 1.5 gallon and 3 gallon kit options. When current pricing is complete, the product matcher can compare combinations and show estimated leftover material rather than simply rounding to one oversized kit.

Independent, not official

This page is an independent planning tool. Re-check the current Superclear product instructions before ordering or pouring, particularly when a project approaches the maximum published depth.
